Individual Sessions

A counselling session lasts approximately 50 minutes. Each session is booked individually, so you can freely decide whether and how many sessions you would like. The number and frequency are based entirely on the needs you bring.

Rhythm & Sustainability

After we have got to know each other, explored your resources, goals, and particular needs, and created a counselling plan, I typically meet with my clients every 2 to 4 weeks. This allows change processes to be strengthened over time and supports you in applying them independently.

Available in a limited capacity, to ensure access for those who would otherwise find counselling financially difficult.

The initial consultation is free and non-binding. Counselling is a self-pay service.

Initial Consultation

You book a free, non-binding initial consultation. We clarify what it is about, how I can help — and whether working together makes sense. At the end, you know what the next steps could look like, and you are free to decide.

Individual Plan

Together, we define your goals — and how the path towards them could look. Whether individual sessions for reflection, thematic deep dives, or targeted training in emotion regulation and cognitive understanding.

Support & Completion

In an individually tailored rhythm, we work on your topics together. We regularly review progress and conclude the counselling consciously — with the goal that you can continue your path independently.
