I offer freelance psychological counselling in Trier and Online. Since 2023, I have been supporting people in individual sessions — with more than 400 hours of practical experience.

My studies were strongly rooted in scientific methods. I was particularly shaped by cognitive behavioural psychology, modern emotion regulation, and the question of how psychological insights can concretely help in everyday life.
